Manajemen sumber daya manusia, disingkat MSDM adalah suatu ilmu atau cara bagaimana mengatur hubungan dan peranan sumber daya (tenaga kerja) yang dimiliki oleh individu secara efisien dan efektif serta dapat digunakan secara maksimal sehingga tercapai tujuan (goal) bersama perusahaan, karyawan dan masyarakat menjadi maksimal. Then a company really needs the implementation of good management, so that human resources can improve the performance of a company. If a company in it does not have good human resource management, then the performance of a company will not be good and maximal. The data researched and processed is the result of observational interviews with employees.īased on observations and research that has been done, it can be concluded that the implementation of good human resource management in a company greatly affects the performance of employees in a company. Keywords: Worklife Balance Corporate Culture Employee Performance.The purpose of this scientific journal is to measure how much influence the application of competent human resource management has on the performance of a employees in a company. Simultaneously the two variables studied have a significant effect on employee performance by 70.5%. The results of the regression analysis showed that WLB and CC partially had a positive effect of 18.87% and 51.63%. Descriptive analysis results are known that the level of performance and CC are in the good and strong category, while the WLB variable is in the very good category. Data obtained by sampling technique saturated with a sample of 30 employees in the HR division. This research uses quantitative methods, using descriptive analysis and regression. The research objective is to measure the effect of WLB and CC on the performance of employees. Worklife balance (WLB) variables and the implementaion of company culture (CC) are considered as factors that influence it. The problem of employee performance in the Human Resources (HR) Division of PT Bio Farma (Persero) which has not yet reached the target is the main issue in this study.
